Royal purple African violets cascade from a woven basket. Carved in rock crystal from the reverse, this delicate tableau was then hand painted in realistic hues.

Two shades of purple petals contrast with their canary yellow stamens along with a few green leaves in the background. Ochre and honey yellow in hue, the basket appears as if braided.

The cabochon of rock crystal takes the form of a rectangular cushion shape, puffed, thick, and silky in feel. It is encased in 14k yellow gold with a safety clasp.
